Lower Mill in Vellow sits in a particularly unspoilt part of West Somerset, enjoying delightful views towards the Quantock Hills (AONB) with excellent access as well as both the Brendon Hills and Exmoor National Park, which lie to the west, again not far away - all are a walkers or cyclists' paradise!

Entrance to Lower Mill is directly into a hallway, which leads in to the modern kitchen-dining room. The kitchen is well-equipped with all new appliances, including a large range-style cooker, with two ovens and 6 hobs, ideal for catering for a large group. The American-style fridge-freezer with chilled water dispenser will ensure you have enough space for keeping your groceries. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. 

The dining table can comfortably seat eight and patio doors lead out into the gravelled courtyard garden to the rear.

Through to the sitting room, there are comfortable sofas and chairs around the inglenook fireplace with wood-burner, a starter basket of logs will be provided in the cooler months (further supplies can be purchased locally).

Upstairs on the first floor are three double bedrooms, each with en-suites.  On the second floor is the master bedroom, again with king-sized double bed and en-suite which includes a bath and shower, as well as a private seating area with sofa.  Three of the bedrooms have super-king size beds and one has a king-size double bed.

Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The property is fitted with central heating which can be adjusted to suit your preferences and the seasons. 

Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. 

There may be non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and a few herbs or spices available. Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets/powder, and surface cleaner will be present in the property. Two toilet rolls will be provided per toilet plus hand wash.

There is a private and enclosed gravelled courtyard-garden to the rear of the property. A large circular table with eight chairs is available for outside dining. There is also a large fenced grassed area for children to play.

The property is located in a small hamlet, with a handful of other properties on the same site. The owners live nearby, they will leave you to your own devices but will be on hand if you require assistance during your stay.

The nearest shops are located in the nearby town of Williton which is only a couple of miles away. You will find a number of restaurants, pubs and cafes in Williton and also in both Minehead and Watchet which are a short drive. 

Ample parking is available on the gravelled drive, directly outside the property.
